Yes, it depends on the features included with your hosting.
Can I use my own images?
Yes, we work with you to choose photos for the design where available. You can use own pictures with the slideshows and galleries on the website.
How do I send my images and content?
You simply upload your files. Images must be in PNG, JPG, or GIF format. You can upload text content files in word or notepad files, but we prefer notepad .txt text files. Other files types may be available, contact us.
How do I update the calendar, blog and sermon page?
Simple, short instruction videos are available to make learning easy and quick.
Can I build more pages?
Yes. You can use the easy content management to create and update unlimited pages. New pages already have your design available, simply choose your page type and start adding your content.
You are free to add and update unlimited pages.
How long does it take to complete the website?
This depends completely on the timely information that we receive from our clients. The sooner we receive all of the information, the sooner the website is completed.
Depending on the speed that we receive information, websites can be completed in one to three weeks.
How do you change domain names?
We build your website on your new domain name. We do not transfer domain names. You can always change your domain name by changing the nameservers for your domain name.
Is the flash intro available for customization?
Flash intros include very limited customization.
What is the difference between support and maintenance?
We offer support to help you with your website, we offer support with our hosting. For maintenance we offer direct support on your website.
What do I own?
We own the flash website designs.
Everything else is owned by you, the client. You are free to move your website anytime, but the flash designs and layouts are copyrighted and are not available for moving, copying or resale. |
